### Security
IPRoyal maintains a strong focus on client security. All clients undergo identity verification through a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. ### Data Residency
IPRoyal stores client and operational data securely in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the European Union (EU). ### Cancellation Terms
#### Residential Proxies
Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time through the dashboard. The unused traffic remains available until used.
Pay-as-you-go plans cannot be cancelled if an order is complete. The unused traffic remains available until used.
#### ISP Proxies, Datacenter Proxies, and Mobile Proxies
Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time through the dashboard. The IP addresses from the order remain available for the duration of the order period.
#### Web Unblocker
A completed order cannot be cancelled. The unused requests remain available until used.
### Refund Policy
#### General Policy
All paid fees, as well as fees paid for a continuous service, are non-cancelable and non-refundable, with exceptions as outlined in the Terms of Service and Subscription Terms. One-day plans are non-refundable.
#### Specific Services
- Residential Proxies pay-as-you-go orders can be refunded if the service isn’t working as expected in the first 24 hours due to an issue on IPRoyal’s end. If the client notifies support during that period, they’re eligible for a refund. Subscription orders can be refunded if no more than 72 hours have passed since a renewal and none of the newly allocated data has been used.
- ISP Proxies orders can be refunded in the first 24 hours if the service isn’t working as expected or if the client experiences issues that support can’t mitigate.
- Datacenter Proxies orders can be refunded in the first 24 hours if the service isn’t working as expected or if the client experiences issues that support can’t mitigate.
- Mobile Proxies orders can be refunded in the first 24 hours if the service isn’t working as expected or if the client experiences issues that support can’t mitigate.
- Web Unblocker orders can be refunded in the first 24 hours if the service isn’t working as expected or if the client experiences issues that support can’t mitigate.
