ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re a bootstrapped, founder-led company entering an aggressive growth chapter - investing heavily in scaling our infrastructure to support our journey to $100M ARR. We have a product trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide, a thriving self-serve engine, and a rapidly expanding B2B enterprise motion.

Now we’re hiring the data leader who will uplevel our ability to see, understand, and predict the future of our business.

As the Head of Data & Insights, you won’t just manage dashboards; you will build the "brain" of the company. You will inherit a team of 3 data engineers and analysts and take full ownership of our data infrastructure, critically evaluating our current stack and architecting a roadmap that scales from where we are today to our next revenue milestones.

You will act as the bridge between raw numbers and business strategy, supporting our Self-Serve unit, our B2B unit, and our internal Revenue Operations function. We need someone obsessed with AI who lives in the future - knowing exactly which tools can automate the mundane so your team can focus on the strategic.

This is a high-ownership, player-coach role for a storyteller with deep business acumen. If you want to build the data engine - not just inherit one - this is that kind of opportunity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Architect the Data Strategy to $100M ARR

  • Critically evaluate our data infrastructure from the ground up to identify debt, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
  • Build and execute a long-term strategy and roadmap to uplevel our data stack for the next phase of hyper-growth.
  • Ensure our infrastructure supports high-velocity queries across both high-volume self-serve data and complex B2B account intelligence.

Define the Constellation of Metrics

  • Work with leadership to dissect and define key North Star metrics for the business.
  • Build a "constellation" of leading and lagging indicators that provide early warnings and strategic foresight rather than just historical reporting.
  • Provide deep, proactive insights across business units, moving us from "what happened?" to "what should we do?"

Lead with AI Innovation

  • Act as the company’s AI vanguard - you are obsessed with the latest tools, models, and agents.
  • Integrate AI into the data workflow to accelerate throughput, knowing exactly where current AI tools excel and where they are flawed.
  • Automate routine data extraction and basic analysis to free up your team for high-leverage work.

Serve as a Strategic Partner (B2B, Self-Serve, RevOps)

  • Support the B2B unit with account intelligence and pipeline velocity metrics.
  • Support the Self-Serve unit with product usage data, churn analysis, and PLG metrics.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations to ensure data hygiene, accurate forecasting, and a single source of truth across the funnel.

Evangelize Data & Storytelling

  • Translate complex datasets into compelling narratives; you bring numbers to life for stakeholders who aren't data scientists.
  • Host regular "Lunch & Learn" sessions to educate internal stakeholders, upleveling the company’s data literacy.
  • Combine hard data with strong business acumen to influence decision-making at the executive level.

Operate as a Player-Coach

  • Manage, mentor, and grow an existing team of 3 FTEs.
  • Execute hands-on analysis while setting clear strategy, standards, and expectations for the team.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, accuracy, and speed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years in Data/Analytics with a strong focus on business intelligence, infrastructure, and strategy.
  • 2+ years in management, with a proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Strong Business Acumen: You understand how a SaaS business works (PLG vs. Sales-led) and can connect row-level data to revenue outcomes.
  • Infrastructure Expertise: Experience transitioning data stacks and setups to scalable, mature architectures (Warehousing, ETL/ELT, BI Tools).
  • Superb Storytelling: You are an excellent communicator who can distill chaos into clarity and present confidently to leadership.
  • AI Obsession: You are a power user of modern AI tools and constantly experimenting with how they apply to data engineering and analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Agility: Ability to juggle the needs of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance simultaneously.
  • Fluent English (Lithuanian a bonus).

SUCCESS IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS

You’ll be successful if you:

  • Complete a full audit of the current data infrastructure and present a "0 to 1" roadmap for the $100M journey.
  • Establish the definitive "North Star" and supporting metric constellation for both B2B and Self-Serve lines.
  • Host your first "Lunch & Learn" to share insights and align the team on data best practices.
  • Deliver a high-impact analysis that changes a strategic decision in Product or Sales.
  • Implement at least one new AI-driven workflow to increase team efficiency.
  • Establish a consistent rhythm of reporting and insights for the Revenue Operations function.
