To strengthen our internal IT operations, we’re looking for an IT Workspace Manager - a hands-on, curious, and proactive technical specialist who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and making the workplace run smoothly for everyone.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a role for someone who likes to take ownership, build systems the right way, and keep things running efficiently across all offices. You’ll manage our endpoints, equipment, office tech, access systems, and MDM - ensuring our teams have a seamless, secure, and enjoyable working environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee and maintain all company endpoints, hardware, and office equipment across locations;
- Implement and manage MDM system (JumpCloud experience is a strong advantage);
- Handle ad-hoc IT issues, troubleshooting, and technical support to keep operations smooth;
- Set up and manage centralized access control systems, ensuring proper provisioning and security;
- Ensure all office spaces run flawlessly from an IT perspective - networks, devices, conference rooms, etc.;
- Support company events and internal activities requiring technical setup or coordination;
- Document processes, maintain inventories, and proactively improve internal IT systems;
- Collaborate across teams to anticipate needs, solve problems, and increase efficiency.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Experience working in IT operations, internal IT, or similar technical support roles;
- Hands-on experience with MDM tools (JumpCloud is a strong plus);
- Solid understanding of endpoint management, access control, and device security;
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues;
- Proactive mindset - someone who sees a problem and fixes it before it escalates;
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for the internal IT environment;
- Curiosity, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to tackle anything from configuration to cabling;
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented approach when helping colleagues.
