ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a PHP Backend Developer to join our engineering team and work on a core internal product. You’ll focus on backend development, building and maintaining APIs, business logic, and integrations that power a production system used at scale.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys backend work, system design, and writing clean, maintainable PHP code.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Develop and maintain backend functionality using PHP (7.4 / 8.x) and Laravel 11+;

Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services;

Implement new features based on product and business requirements;

Debug issues, improve performance, and ensure system stability;

Work with databases and backend integrations;

Collaborate with other developers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions;

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving backend architecture.

WHAT WE EXPECT

At least 3y of experience working as a PHP Backend Developer;

Strong experience with PHP and modern frameworks (Laravel 11+ preferred);

Solid understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and databases;

Experience with Git and modern development workflows;

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code;

Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills;

Basic knowledge of frontend technologies is a plus, but not required.
