ABOUT THE ROLE

IPRoyal is a bootstrapped, founder-led company entering a new growth phase. We’re scaling a product already used by thousands of customers while expanding toward more complex enterprise and platform use cases.

To support this evolution, we’re hiring a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to own product strategy and execution end to end. This is a foundational leadership role with full responsibility for shaping our long-term product vision while ensuring near-term delivery that drives measurable business outcomes.

As CPO, you’ll work directly with the founders and executive team, partnering closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams. You’ll bring focus, structure, and strong product judgment to a fast-moving organization - while staying deeply connected to customers, data, and delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and evolve IPRoyal’s long-term product vision aligned with company strategy and growth goals.
  • Translate custommer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities into a clear, actionable product strategy.
  • Own prioritization across initiatives, balancing speed, quality, and scale.

Lead Product Execution at Scale

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle across multiple product lines.
  • Partner closely with Engineering leadership to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.
  • Define success metrics and ensure teams deliver real customer and business impact.

Be the Voice of the Customer & Market

  • Develop deep understanding of customer pain points across SMB and enterprise segments.
  • Use data, research, and direct customer engagement to inform decisions.
  • Anticipate market and competitive shifts to keep IPRoyal ahead.

Build & Scale the Product Organization

  • Establish strong product management processes, rituals, and standards.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop product leaders and managers as the company scales.
  • Foster a high-ownership, outcome-driven product culture.

Partner Across the Company

  • Work closely with founders, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams on strategy and execution.
  • Support go-to-market efforts with clear positioning, feature narratives, and launch readiness.
  • Act as the final decision-maker on product direction and trade-offs.

Operate as a Hands-On Leader

  • Stay deeply involved in discovery, prioritization, and critical product decisions.
  • Step in where needed to unblock teams, clarify direction, and accelerate execution.
  • Bring focus, momentum, and accountability to the entire product organization.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including senior leadership roles.
  • Proven experience building and scaling complex, technical B2B products.
  • Strong product judgment with the ability to make high-quality decisions under ambiguity.
  • Deep experience partnering with engineering teams on infrastructure- or data-heavy systems.
  • Track record of aligning stakeholders and driving execution in fast-moving environments.
  • Builder mindset: hands-on, accountable, and comfortable owning outcomes end to end.
  • Fluent English (Lithuanian is a bonus).
  • Bonus: Experience in data, infrastructure, scraping, cybersecurity, or developer-focused platforms.

SUCCESS IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS

  • Develop a deep understanding of IPRoyal’s products, customers, and technical foundations.
  • Define and align leadership around a clear product vision and execution roadmap.
  • Improve product planning, prioritization, and delivery cadence across teams.
  • Deliver at least one high-impact product initiative with clear customer or revenue impact.
  • Establish trust and strong working relationships across the executive and engineering teams.
