Vilnius | Kaunas

ABOUT US

Here at IPRoyal, we provide data mining infrastructure for startups and well-established corporations all over the world. Our team is working around the clock to deliver the most effective solutions and services, creating tremendous value for our clients and streamlining their operations. Our engineers are doing miracles with publicly available data. The solutions we develop are cost-effective, reliable, and easy to use, giving our clients a first-class experience that grows along with them.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Cyber Security Manager to own and lead cybersecurity across the company. This role is critical in protecting our infrastructure, customers, and data—while enabling secure and scalable business growth.

This could be your next step up. If you've been doing excellent security work and are ready to take ownership of the bigger picture, we want to hear from you. You don't need to have "done it all before"—what matters is your ability to learn fast, think strategically, and take initiative.

You'll define our security strategy, lead day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and build a strong security culture across IPRoyal.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Cyber Security Leadership & Operations

  • Own and lead IPRoyal’s cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and daily security operations;
  • Act as the primary cybersecurity authority across the company, aligning security initiatives with business goals;
  • Define, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures;
  • Manage cybersecurity tools, services, and third-party security providers;
  • Lead security incident response, investigations, and post-incident improvements;
  • Drive vulnerability management: identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting;
  • Lead vulnerability disclosure and responsible disclosure programs.

Security Awareness & Testing

  • Build and maintain a security-first culture across the organization;
  • Organize security awareness training and phishing simulations;
  • Coordinate penetration testing, red-team exercises, and security assessments;
  • Translate findings into measurable, practical security improvements.

Compliance, Risk & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIS2, and relevant data protection requirements;
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement security solutions aligned with business needs;
  • Monitor emerging threats, attack trends, and vulnerabilities relevant to our services;
  • Proactively share security insights and recommendations with technical and business stakeholders;
  • Continuously improve security maturity, resilience, and operational efficiency.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Strong experience in cybersecurity, either in senior engineering roles or through leading security initiatives.
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud-native platforms, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and internet-facing services;
  • Solid understanding of incident response, vulnerability management, and risk assessment;
  • Experience working with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIS2;
  • Ability to clearly communicate security topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Proactive, pragmatic mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Full Ownership: Lead and shape cybersecurity across the entire organization;
  • Strategic Impact: Work closely with engineering and leadership on high-impact decisions;
  • Supportive Culture: Low bureaucracy, trust, and fast decision-making;
  • Exclusive perks: Enjoy a range of benefits, from snacks and bonuses to exciting workations;
  • Additional support: Access budgets for new work equipment, healthcare needs, learning and more;
  • Modern workspaces: Join us in our brand-new offices in Kaunas, Vilnius, or Klaipėda;
  • Salary ranges: 4000-5500 €/month gross, based on your skills and experience.
