ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Employer Branding Manager to lead and shape IPRoyal’s employer branding strategy end-to-end. As the first person in this role, you won’t just execute - you’ll define the direction, frameworks, and best practices for how we present IPRoyal as an employer of choice.

You’ll work closely with HR, Marketing, and Leadership to create a consistent, authentic employer brand across all candidate touchpoints - from job ads and career pages to social media and internal storytelling.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own and lead the employer branding strategy at IPRoyal - from concept to execution;

• Build employer branding foundations: EVP, key messaging, tone of voice, and content direction;

• Create engaging content for job ads, career pages, social media, and recruitment campaigns;

• Collaborate with Marketing on visuals, campaigns, and storytelling that reflect our culture;

• Partner with HR team to support hiring goals through strong recruitment marketing;

• Highlight our people, values, and culture through employee stories, interviews, and videos;

• Measure impact and continuously improve employer branding initiatives using data and insights.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Extensive experience working as an Employer Branding Manager;

• Proven ability to build or significantly improve employer branding initiatives;

• Strong understanding of the tech / IT talent market and the factors that motivate and engage technical professionals;

• Hands-on experience using data, insights, and metrics to assess and optimize employer branding and recruitment campaigns;

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear strategic direction;

• Strong storytelling and communication skills - written and visual;

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills;

• Confidence working autonomously and driving initiatives forward;

• Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally.
