ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Growth Lead to own the commercial growth of one of our products end-to-end. You'll set your own OKRs, decide where to focus, run experiments across the full funnel, and be accountable for results.

There's no fixed playbook. We don't expect you to follow one - we expect you to write it. You'll be the dedicated growth function here - building the systems, playbooks, and initiatives that scale with the product.

You'll collaborate with shared company resources - a data team, a retention team, A/B testing experts, a leading Lithuanian digital marketing agency, a design team, a copywriting team, an affiliate marketing manager, and a YouTube creator. High autonomy, with real support behind you.

You'll report directly to the leader who scaled IPRoyal into one of the most recognized proxy brands in the industry. Beyond that, you'll have direct access to co-founders with successful SaaS exits and leaders with Silicon Valley backgrounds. That knowledge is yours to tap into.

We delivered strong 73% growth in 2025 and we're pushing further in 2026. This role is central to continuing that momentum - and there is a clear path to Head of Growth for the right person.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Define and own growth OKRs - you set the direction and are accountable for outcomes;
  • You'll build AI-first workflows and manage AI agents to multiply your output - we'll give you the tools and budget to make it happen;
  • Identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities and build experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization;
  • Develop and test positioning that resonates with technical buyers in the proxy and data infrastructure space;
  • Partner with the Data team to turn performance insights into product features and growth initiatives;
  • Direct and collaborate with the digital marketing agency, design, copy, affiliate, and content resources to execute campaigns and optimizations;
  • Track and own MRR, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and churn.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years in growth, product marketing, or a related role - B2B or B2C tech product preferred;
  • Commercial experience in tech - you've seen what works and what doesn't, and you bring that pattern recognition with you;
  • Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes;
  • Strong analytical mindset - comfortable with data, A/B testing, and attribution models;
  • Experience working with data teams and translating insights into prioritized growth actions;
  • Comfortable leading shared resources and collaborating cross-functionally without direct authority;
  • Thrives with high ownership - you set the direction, manage your priorities, and drive outcomes without waiting for direction;
  • Confident using AI tools in day-to-day work to optimize output and move faster;
  • Fluent in English - written and verbal.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN 90 DAYS

  • Map the full funnel - from traffic sources to churn - and identify where we're leaving growth on the table;
  • Audit and sharpen our positioning, messaging, and landing pages against the competitive landscape;
  • Launch your first campaigns and A/B tests with clear hypotheses tied to our OKRs;
  • Scope and prioritize at least one product improvement into development;
  • Deliver learnable results - wins or losses, both count;
  • Identify the highest-leverage growth channel for the next 6 months and own the plan for it.
