ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal support across multiple departments, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and enabling the business to operate confidently across global markets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Advise and collaborate with product, sales, marketing, IT, and management teams on a wide range of commercial matters, including compliance, advertising, intellectual property, and contract law, providing clear and business-oriented legal guidance;

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements (commercial, IT service, marketing, sales, and others), ensuring alignment with applicable laws and company objectives;

• Develop, improve, and maintain internal legal processes, policies, and documentation (such as terms and conditions, cease-and-desist letters, contract templates, and internal rules) to ensure consistency and compliance across jurisdictions;

• Identify and manage legal risks by providing practical, business-focused solutions;

• Monitor legislative and market developments, proactively initiating necessary updates or compliance improvements.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (preferably in the IT sector).

• Education: Master’s degree in Law.

• Expertise: Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

• Mindset: Tech-oriented and business-oriented thinker who integrates legal advice into broader business and technology contexts.

• Skills: Strong analytical and organizational abilities with effective prioritization in fast-paced environments.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.

• Nice to Have: Experience managing large-scale or complex projects; understanding of other markets’ legal frameworks and international business environments; knowledge of competition, corporate, privacy, and employment law matters.
