ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re a bootstrapped, founder-led company entering an aggressive growth chapter—investing heavily in scaling our infrastructure to support our journey to $100M ARR. We have a product trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide, a thriving self-serve engine, and a rapidly expanding B2B enterprise motion.

Now we’re hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive our B2C communication engine.

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you won’t just manage a calendar; you will craft the messages that keep our users active. You will take ownership of our B2C content execution, critically evaluating our current touchpoints and rebuilding them to perform against our retention targets.

You will act as the bridge between our goals and the inbox of our customers. You aren't handing this off to an agency—you are the strategist and the maker. We need a builder obsessed with AI who knows exactly how to use tools to scale production and make every user feel like our only user.

This is a hands-on role for a doer. If you want to focus on output, testing, and impact rather than internal presentations, this is that kind of opportunity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own Content Strategy & Execution

  • Define the tactical approach for how we talk to users within our existing retention framework.
  • Write and build high-performing campaigns across Email, In-App, and Push channels.
  • Focus on clarity and conversion: You decide what we say and how we say it to ensure users take the right actions.

Build & Execute the Lifecycle Engine

  • Take our retention targets and build the specific workflows required to hit them.
  • Get your hands dirty in the tools: You will set up the journeys, design the triggers, and ensure the logic works flawlessly.
  • Ensure our infrastructure supports high-velocity testing, owning the "build" phase from concept to deployment.

Leverage AI for Scale & Speed

  • Act as a power user of AI tools to multiply your output—using them to generate copy variations, localize content, and refine segment logic.
  • Integrate AI into your daily workflow to automate the mundane aspects of campaign setup so you can focus on optimizing.
  • Experiment with AI-driven personalization to deliver dynamic content at scale.

Analyze & Optimize Campaign Performance

  • Monitor the performance of your campaigns against our established metrics.
  • Run rigorous A/B tests on subject lines, copy, and timing to squeeze maximum value out of every cohort.
  • Report on campaign health and quickly pivot execution based on what the data tells you.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years in Lifecycle Marketing/Retention.
  • SaaS Experience: Experience with SaaS or subscription models is a strong advantage.
  • Effective Email Strategy: You understand exactly what works in an inbox. You know how to structure subject lines, pre-headers, and CTAs to drive opens and clicks.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Iterable, Braze, or Customer.io. You are comfortable setting up complex workflows and triggers.
  • Execution Focus: You are happiest when you are building and shipping. You prefer doing the work over managing a large team.
  • Data Fluency: You are comfortable analyzing your own experiments and digging into the numbers to see if you hit the target.
  • AI Obsession: You are a user of modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Midjourney) and use them to enhance your workflow.
