ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Linux Systems Administrator to join our dynamic and innovative team of over 30 experts in frontend, backend, and mobile development. You'll be an integral part of a team developing products for internet sharing, powered by proxy and VPN technologies. Reporting directly to the DevOps lead, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining the reliable infrastructure that powers these groundbreaking solutions — managing hundreds of Linux servers running on physical hardware (bare-metal) on-prem infrastructure. As we grow, we're seeking a dynamic Systems Administrator to elevate our infrastructure, enhance system reliability, and deliver unparalleled user experiences. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of experience as a Linux System Administrator / DevOps or in a similar infrastructure role;

• Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform;

• A strong passion for managing large-scale infrastructure, troubleshooting userspace and kernel space issues, as well as network-level problems;

• Comprehensive understanding of Linux operating systems, primarily Debian-based distributions;

• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD concepts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices;

• Hands-on experience with network design, including CIDR range calculations, routing;

• Knowledge of Linux networking stack;

• A genuine enthusiasm for software engineering, continuous learning, and process optimization;

• A sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and projects;

• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in collaborative team settings;

• A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.

• Nice to have:

• Background in software development;

• Experience with container orchestration and deployment platforms like Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, or AWS ECS;

• Familiarity with proxy protocols;

• Experience building highly available, clustered systems.

• Salary ranges: 3,400–7,000 €/month gross, based on your skills and experience.
