ABOUT THE ROLE

We're a bootstrapped, founder-led company entering an aggressive growth chapter - investing heavily in building a world-class B2B engine on top of a product already trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide. Over the past six months, we've started laying the foundations of our enterprise GTM motion and have already landed multiple Fortune 1000 customers.

Now we're hiring the technical partner our sales team needs to win and retain the most demanding accounts in our pipeline.

As Solutions Engineer, you'll be the bridge between our proxy infrastructure and the technical world our customers operate in - web scraping, data intelligence, price monitoring, ad verification, cybersecurity, and e-commerce. You'll work across the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales technical evaluations to post-sale optimization, ensuring our customers get real, measurable value from our products.

You'll partner directly with the Head of Sales and collaborate tightly with Product and Engineering to ensure we're not just selling access to proxies - but delivering outcomes. This is a hands-on, high-ownership, hybrid role at a pivotal moment in the company's B2B expansion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Be the Technical Voice in the Sales Cycle

  • Partner with the sales team on high-value prospects and enterprise evaluations.
  • Lead technical discovery to understand customer requirements, use cases, and infrastructure needs.
  • Design and execute proof-of-concept engagements that demonstrate real-world performance.
  • Respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and advanced technical inquiries.

Drive Customer Success and Retention

  • Own the technical relationship with key accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and time-to-value.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance issues across the full request lifecycle.
  • Advise customers on best practices for proxy usage within their specific workflows.

Collaborate Across Product and Engineering

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, translating real-world use cases into product insights.
  • Work closely with Engineering on technical escalations and product improvements.
  • Contribute to shaping our product roadmap based on market and customer needs.

Enable the Commercial Team

  • Lead technical workshops and webinars that educate prospects and customers.
  • Build enablement materials that help the sales team have more informed technical conversations.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with web scraping, data collection, or automation at scale.
  • Familiarity with proxy infrastructure (residential, datacenter, ISP) and common scraping frameworks (Scrapy, Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium).
  • Understanding of anti-bot systems, CAPTCHA strategies, session management, and request optimization.
  • Strong communication skills - comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset - able to test, benchmark, and present findings clearly.
  • A natural builder: hands-on, high-agency, curious, and fast-learning.
  • Excellent English (Lithuanian a bonus).
  • Bonus: experience at a proxy provider, scraping API company, or data aggregation platform.

SUCCESS IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS

You'll be successful if you:

  • Own the technical side of active sales cycles end-to-end - running PoCs, handling objections, and closing the technical win independently.
  • Directly impact trial conversion rates and deal velocity with measurable results.
  • Become the go-to technical resource that Sales, Product, and Engineering rely on for customer-facing decisions.
  • Fully own enterprise onboarding from a technical standpoint - no handover gaps, no delays.
  • Deliver technical workshops or webinars that generate real pipeline and engagement.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of our top ICPs, their technical workflows, and where our products fit.
