Know-Your-Customer Policy

IPRoyal implements strict KYC throughout the entire customer journey. Aside from keeping our infrastructure safe, our goal is to ensure responsible usage that does not harm its quality and reliability, as well as the overall experience of legitimate customers.

Abuse Prevention and Access Suspension

Abuse prevention is at the forefront of our strategy. IPRoyal reserves the right to suspend access to our services at any point in time and to any customer.

However, before engaging in such an action, we will almost always request the customer to provide a detailed explanation of their usage.

Evaluation and Customer Communication

Once received, all explanations are evaluated by our in-house team of specialists. Depending on our risk evaluation, we may allow the customer to continue using our infrastructure, provide recommendations that must be implemented to reduce the risk for our infrastructure and the customer’s business activity, or restrict them completely.

Ensuring Responsible Network Use

Our goal is never to outright restrict anyone from using our network. However, if the actions of one individual may cause harm to our customers, our business, or the internet at large, we will not hesitate to take the necessary actions.

Report Abuse

If you suspect that any individual or company may be misusing our infrastructure and causing harm, reach out to our dedicated email. Our specialists carefully evaluate every report and will promptly take all necessary actions.

Any illegal activity or actions that fall outside of our Acceptable Use Policy will be considered as a legitimate report.
