FAQ

How long can I use the same IP address?

The IP addresses in your order remain the same for the entire duration of your ISP Proxies subscription. If you renew or extend your subscription, the same IPs remain reserved for you.

What protocols do ISP proxies support?

Our ISP Proxies support both HTTP|HTTPS and SOCKS5 protocols.

What is the difference between ISP and Residential Proxies?

Our ISP Proxies are sold per IP address and retain the same (static) IP address for the entire plan duration. They also offer unlimited bandwidth - you can use them as much as you want without additional fees for consumed data.

Residential Proxies pricing is based on traffic. They offer dynamic IP rotation options and access to a larger pool of 32 million proxies in 195 locations.

Both ISP and Residential Proxies offer state- and city-level targeting, as well as IP whitelisting.
