ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a mid-to-senior-level Account Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in managing and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products. This position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to drive results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success with our products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to drive customer success and retention.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value and revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and insights using CRM tools.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to anticipate client challenges and provide innovative solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related client-facing role.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken) – clear and professional communication is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills – ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset – common sense, adaptability, and proactivity.
  • Highly self-sufficient – ability to manage priorities and work independently.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn – experience with SaaS, data solutions, or tech products is a plus.
