In this role, you will drive the growth of our affiliate network, foster strong collaborations, and boost business volume. RESPONSIBILITIES

Reach out to both established and new affiliates to build partnerships.

Review how current partners are doing and come up with ways to improve.

Negotiate partnership terms and agreements.

Maintain ongoing communication with partners;

Provide affiliates with consistent updates on product advancements, sales commission, campaign performance, etc.

WHAT WE EXPECT

At least one year of experience in affiliate marketing or related roles (digital marketing, business development, sales development representative, etc.);

Fluency in English and strong negotiation skills;

Results-oriented mindset and good analytical skills;

Understanding of digital marketing techniques, tools and metrics (SEO, CRO, Google Analytics, etc.)

Competitive salary: €1500 to €3800 gross per month, depending on your skills and experience.
