We’re seeking an exceptional A-player, Business Development Manager, to join our team and drive our growth even further.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing strategist or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or the tech industry either exclusively with introducing products to the Asian market or exclusively with Asian products
  • Fluent in both - Chinese and English language
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and B2B negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to networking and sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field preferred

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies of our products in Asian markets
  • Adapt and customize our product design, features, integrations, communication channels, etc. for Asian markets
  • Adjust all funnels for Asian markets
  • Conduct affiliate partner search and management
  • Create PPC ads and SEO (with an agency), oversee the agency managing our account
  • Manage and prepare all texts (with contractors, won't need to write them themselves)
  • Maintain email marketing (to consistently match the Asian market: texts, designs, timing of sending, holidays, promotions/offers, etc.)
  • Team building and recruitment (as necessary in the future)
  • Attend and represent the company at various business events, fairs, and forums in the Asia region as well as help us handle large client accounts (if needed)
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams to address customer needs
