ABOUT THE ROLE

Can you turn an idea for a landing page or checkout flow into something live in days, with AI doing most of the heavy lifting? Do you treat every experiment like an investment, and know when to kill your own weak ideas before they waste anyone's time?

We're looking for a Growth Engineer to join our Growth Engineering team, where funnel improvement runs on continuous experimentation. You'll build and ship those experiments - and the AI tooling that runs them - working from priorities set with the Head of Growth Engineering. This is a hands-on, AI-native role, accountable for delivery and for moving revenue and conversion, from idea to live to learning.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Ship growth experiments end to end - landing pages, signup and checkout flows, upsell and pricing tests, and the tracking behind them;

• Build and run our agentic experimentation platform - the loop that mines data, proposes and builds variants, tests, and learns, with the team steering;

• Drive growth of the upsell and cross-sell revenue stream through experiments;

• Use AI to generate variants, pages, and analysis so we go from idea to live in days, not weeks;

• Ship the winners and feed clean, trustworthy results back into the loop.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Builder Mindset: You ship - vibe engineering encouraged - turning ideas into working pages and flows with AI doing the heavy lifting; specific languages and stack are irrelevant;

• AI-Native: You build, debug, and automate with LLMs and agents by default;

• Commercial Thinking: You treat every experiment as an investment with a return;

• Data Fluency: You can craft a hypothesis, read significance, and kill your own weak ideas;

• Ownership: You want to own growth outcomes with high autonomy;

• Nice to have: Experience with experimentation tooling (feature flags, product analytics, safe rollouts), CRO or growth experience at a product, subscription, or self-serve business, and SQL or data warehouse comfort alongside prompt and agent building.
