As an HR Specialist, you will be an integral part of our HR team, playing a pivotal role in nurturing our company culture and driving our organization forward. Your main focus will be on active recruitment, but your responsibilities will also include managing and optimizing our HR processes, documentation, and coordinating company events. You will be a key contributor to creating a positive and productive workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a tech or related industry.
  • Proficient in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills [Lithuanian + English language is a must].
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel in Lithuania and abroad a few times a year.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and supporting the onboarding of new employees.
  • Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives both in Lithuania and internationally.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain sensitive HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, NDA's, etc.
  • Work closely with department managers to understand and help address staffing requirements and other employee relations matters.
  • Keep up with recruitment trends and tools, particularly within the tech sector, to support continuous improvement.
  • Support the coordination of training sessions, learning opportunities, and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
