As an HR Specialist, you will be an integral part of our HR team, playing a pivotal role in nurturing our company culture and driving our organization forward. Your main focus will be on active recruitment, but your responsibilities will also include managing and optimizing our HR processes, documentation, and coordinating company events. You will be a key contributor to creating a positive and productive workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a tech or related industry.
  • Proficient in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills [Lithuanian + English language is a must].
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel in Lithuania and abroad a few times a year.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the recruitment process, from posting job ads to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Plan and execute company events, team buildings, and other employee engagement activities [In Lithuania and abroad].
  • Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Handle documentation for HR activities including contracts, employee records, and compliance reports.
  • Provide support in employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, especially in the tech industry.
  • Manage and administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws.
