ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in our sales process, engaging only with inbound leads who have already expressed interest in our services. Your primary responsibility will be to filter, qualify, and categorize leads, ensuring the sales team connects with the most relevant prospects.

This role does not involve cold calling or new client prospecting. Instead, you will work strategically with our inbound leads, identifying their potential and booking demos for the sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Qualify and categorize inbound leads based on specific criteria;
  • Research potential clients to understand their business needs and pain points;
  • Communicate with prospects via email and calls to evaluate their fit for our services;
  • Schedule demo meetings for the sales team and ensure a smooth handover;
  • Optimize lead qualification processes and A/B test different approaches;
  • Collaborate closely with an Account Executive to refine outreach strategies;
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a tech-related field;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills – the ability to spot high-value opportunities;
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken;
  • Self-sufficiency and the ability to make independent decisions;
  • A structured, methodical approach to lead qualification;
  • Passion for tech, digital trends, and online security;
  • Resilience and motivation – someone who enjoys structured, repetitive tasks and continuously improving processes;
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools is a plus;
  • A university degree in business, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
