ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for all inbound leads, engaging with potential customers who have shown interest in our products or services. Your goal is to understand their needs, qualify opportunities, and set up meetings for our Account Executives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads via email, chat, or phone;
  • Qualify prospects through discovery calls and understanding business needs;
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce);
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion;
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to qualified opportunities and pipeline growth;
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Experience in sales, customer success, or a related field is a big plus;
