As a Legal Counsel, you will be an integral part of our legal team, playing a pivotal role in the field of data protection and compliance. We're looking for a skilled professional with a deep understanding of data privacy regulations, like GDPR and others to safeguard our future and navigate the dynamic tech landscape.

YOUR CORE MISSION

• Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating data processing agreements and other related agreements.

• Developing and evaluating privacy policies, internal documents to align with regulatory requirements.

• The implementation and oversight of the privacy compliance program.

• Providing legal advice and strategies for managing risks related to initiatives/features, while taking into account the legislation across different jurisdictions.

• Handle data subject and institutions requests swiftly and effectively, addressing any privacy-related concerns.

• Serving as Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with data protection laws, and acting as the main contact for data protection issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master's degree in law.

• 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents in English.

• Solid knowledge of privacy regulations (especially GDPR) with experience in providing and managing legal advice on a wide array of privacy issues across multiple jurisdictions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, keen analytical abilities, and a focus on practical business solutions.

• Expertise in coordinating, prioritizing, and handling various projects in a rapidly changing environment, with a strong ability to perform well both independently and as part of a team.

BONUS EXPERTISE

• A diverse legal background with expertise in IP/IT, Commercial law.

• Privacy certifications are beneficial.

• Experience serving as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) is a plus.
