ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Manual Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and functionality of our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with QA team members and developers to identify, document, and report defects, ensuring that our software meets the specified requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute manual tests to ensure the quality and functionality of web and mobile applications.

Identify, document, and report defects in a clear and concise manner.

Verify that software meets specified requirements and standards.

Collaborate with the QA team and developers to understand application features and bug fixes.

Participate in test planning and contribute to the development of test cases and test scripts.

Assist in the maintenance of documentation for testing processes and results.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic understanding of software development and testing methodologies.

Familiarity with web and mobile technologies.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Great communication skills, both written and verbal.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Finished QA courses or IT degree or equivalent/ being a student in related studies

Familiarity with testing tools and defect tracking systems.

Basic knowledge of programming languages.
