ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a proactive, results-driven sales professional with experience in outbound prospecting? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for identifying and nurturing high-value business opportunities? If so, we want you on our team!

We’re looking for a highly motivated SDR to drive new business opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to be the first hire, meaning you’ll have the chance to establish and refine our outbound SDR function, develop scalable processes, and contribute to shaping the future of our sales team.

As the first SDR, you won’t just be executing an existing strategy - you’ll be instrumental in developing and optimizing our outbound sales approach. You’ll have the autonomy to test new outreach methods, fine-tune workflows, and implement best practices. As the company grows, this role has the potential to evolve, offering opportunities to contribute to team expansion and broader sales initiatives.

This role is perfect for someone who understands the SaaS industry, is familiar with outbound sales strategies, and knows which tools drive efficiency and results. You’ll have the autonomy to take ownership of your pipeline while collaborating with a dynamic team to refine and execute outreach strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect & Connect – Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Qualify Leads – Assess potential partnerships, ensuring alignment with our business model and monetization opportunities.
  • Engage & Nurture – Develop trust with prospects, educate them on our solutions, and guide them toward the next steps.
  • Manage the Pipeline – Organize and track lead interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and pipeline progression.
  • Optimize Outreach – Utilize and refine outbound sales tools, automation, and CRM strategies for maximum efficiency.
  • Drive Revenue Growth – Secure high-value deals that directly contribute to the company’s expansion.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Proven track record in outbound sales, or business development roles (SaaS experience is a strong advantage).
  • Sales Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with outbound sales tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust quickly.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fast Learner: Willingness to adapt, grow, and continuously improve outbound sales strategies.
  • Education: A degree in business, sales, or a related field is an advantage but not required
