ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. As an SDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth—sparking conversations, identifying opportunities, and connecting potential clients with the right solutions at IPRoyal.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Engage in email communications and calls with potential clients;
  • Research and define target audiences, making first contact with leads across multiple channels;
  • Identify business pain points and present IPRoyal as the right solution;
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, supporting day-to-day operations such as: introducing qualified leads, creating and A/B testing outreach sequences, building and refining sales strategies.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales or business development roles is beneficial but not mandatory. SaaS experience is a strong advantage.
  • Sales Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with outbound sales tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust quickly.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fast Learner: Quick thinker, adaptable in fast-paced environments, and eager to continuously improve outbound sales strategies.
