This year, we introduced improvements that help teams collaborate efficiently without compromising control or security. These enhancements ensure that team members can work independently without creating bottlenecks or delays.

• Multi-user access

Teams running multiple projects now have more control with multi-user access . Each member can log in with individual credentials, access proxies and funds, and place orders independently.

This reduces administrative overhead and keeps operations moving without relying on a single administrator account.

• Web Unblocker

Web Unblocker , our newest product, is an AI-driven solution to bypass CAPTCHA, Cloudflare, geo-blocks, and other anti-bot mechanisms. IP rotation and retry logic are handled automatically, so you can focus on data extraction without interruptions.

Combined with multi-user access, Web Unblocker lets distributed teams run large-scale data collection workflows simultaneously, without shared credentials, manual intervention, or downtime.

Advanced Order Management

Managing proxies at scale requires flexibility and control. This year, we added features that improve order management, reduce manual work, and let you configure proxies precisely according to operational needs.

• Selective IP renewal

Clients can now renew only the IPs they need in their Datacenter and ISP subscriptions. Unnecessary IPs can be discarded, reducing wasted resources and simplifying order management.

• State and city targeting

Clients with multi-region operations can now select multiple countries, states, or cities in a single order for ISP and Datacenter Proxies . This feature streamlines international campaigns, while keeping orders easier to manage.

• API functionality

Our API now supports direct ordering of Residential Proxies and Web Unblocker requests via saved cards. This integration makes it easier and faster for you to manage multiple accounts or projects across multiple regions.

More Control, Better Performance

Alongside our core enterprise features, we introduced improvements that give you more control over subscriptions, traffic usage, and IP quality. The result is better cost efficiency, stronger security, and more consistent performance.

• Proxy subscriptions

We also introduced subscription options for Residential, ISP, and Datacenter Proxies to simplify ongoing proxy management. Residential subscriptions include a 5% discount on top of bulk pricing and maintain non-expiring traffic, giving you more predictable planning and cost-efficiency.

Datacenter and ISP Proxies subscriptions support manual or automatic IP renewal, minimizing reconfiguration efforts and optimizing operational continuity.

• IP Quality Score

The IP Quality Score filters out low‑quality and high‑risk IPs, so only high‑reputation ISP and Datacenter IPs are used in your workflows. This reduces disruptions and delivers more consistent, reliable performance.

• Domain Access List

The Domain Access List feature for Residential Proxies provides precise traffic control, allowing clients to block or whitelist specific domains. This approach protects proxy resources and optimizes workflows.

• Performance enhancements

Last but not least, we enhanced session management for Residential Proxies, reducing latency from ~200ms to ~2ms for traffic routed through Singapore and the U.S. This ensures faster, more stable performance for critical operations where downtime isn’t an option.
