ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Product Manager, Growth to own the product side of how we acquire, activate, and retain customers. This is not a marketing role. You will work at the intersection of product and commercial growth - owning the visitor-to-paying-customer funnel, running experiments, improving onboarding and conversion flows, and shipping product changes that directly move revenue metrics.

You'll work closely with engineering, design, data, and a dedicated marketing function that handles execution. Your job is to figure out what we should build and why - they handle the how on the campaign side. You own the product decisions that make those campaigns convert.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own and optimize the full visitor-to-customer funnel - from landing page to sign-up, onboarding, first activation, and conversion to paid;
  • Define and run a continuous experimentation program: A/B tests, funnel experiments, onboarding flow iterations - grounded in clear hypotheses and success metrics;
  • Identify friction and drop-off points across the user journey and translate findings into prioritized product improvements;
  • Develop and maintain a growth-focused product roadmap aligned with commercial targets and user insights;
  • Conduct user research and analyze behavioral data to surface what's blocking conversion and retention;
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to ship product changes - not just recommend them;
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure product flows and campaigns are coherent end-to-end; own the product side, support the execution side;
  • Define pricing and packaging experiments (feature bundling, trial mechanics, plan structures) and validate them through data;
  • Own growth metrics: conversion rate, time-to-value, trial-to-paid rate, activation rate, churn.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner with a clear focus on growth, self-service, or product-led growth initiatives;
  • Hands-on experience owning and improving conversion funnels - sign-up flows, onboarding, paywalls, trial mechanics;
  • Strong analytical mindset: you work with funnel data, cohort analysis, and behavioral analytics to form and test hypotheses;
  • Experience running A/B tests and iterative product experiments - you know how to design them, read them, and act on them;
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams to ship and iterate quickly;
  • Comfortable with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar);
  • Clear communicator - able to explain trade-offs in business terms to non-product stakeholders;
  • Fluent English.

SUCCESS IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS

  • Map the full funnel end-to-end: traffic → sign-up → onboarding → activation → paid conversion - identify where we're losing users and why;
  • Run your first two experiments with clear hypotheses, instrumented correctly, and a defined success metric;
  • Build a 6-month growth roadmap with ranked bets across acquisition, activation, and conversion;
  • Establish a working rhythm with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams;
  • Deliver at least one shipped product change that moves a measurable funnel metric.
