ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives on data-driven decision-making, innovation, and collaboration. In this role, you’ll own the full product lifecycle - turning insights into strategy, defining the roadmap, and working with cross-functional teams to build, launch, and optimize impactful features.

You’ll dive deep into market research, user feedback, and analytics to drive engagement, retention, and conversion. Staying ahead of market trends and user expectations, you’ll help ensure our products remain competitive and continue delivering exceptional user experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and improve product performance.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create seamless, user-friendly experiences.

• Define and drive the product roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals and user needs.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including designers, developers, analysts, and marketers - to build, launch, and optimize features

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation and validation to release and continuous improvement.

• Monitor KPIs such as engagement, retention, and conversion rates, and implement solutions to improve them.

• Work closely with stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and product direction.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep our products competitive.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience as a Product Manager working on digital products or mobile applications.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, user-centered design, and product development processes.

• Ability to analyze user behavior, run experiments or A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to translate complex ideas into clear strategies and priorities.

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments.

• Passion for technology, product innovation, and building great user experiences.

• Fluent English.

SUCCESS IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS

• Develop a strong understanding of IPRoyal’s products, users, and business goals.

• Build strong working relationships with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

• Identify key opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, or conversion.

• Contribute to roadmap planning and successfully deliver at least one meaningful product improvement or feature.
