Chromebook Proxies
The demand for Chromebooks spiked over the last few years, outselling MacBooks for the first time in 2020. These Chrome OS laptops are easy to use and much more affordable than Windows and macOS laptops. They are fairly secure due to the built-in virus protection and security chip included in every Chromebook device. Although your Chromebook is quite secure straight out of the box, it can’t hurt to go the extra mile by fortifying its security and privacy. This is when proxies can be really helpful.

FAQ
How do I add a proxy to my Chromebook?
Go to Settings after clicking the bottom-right panel of your desktop. If you use a shared network, make sure you enable the option Allow proxies for shared networks. Select the Wi-Fi network your Chromebook is connected to, and then click the Proxy tab. Choose Manual proxy configuration and click Use the same proxy for all protocols. Then, type in the IP address of the proxy server, its port number, and any other data you got from your proxy provider in the appropriate sections.
What are Chromebook proxies?
Chromebook proxies are regular proxy servers that work with Chromebook devices. Ideally, they should be premium private proxies from reliable providers.
